Refund policy

 All sales are final. Exclusions apply - 

• When creating each and every piece, we test for durability, but under a decent amount of force, jewelry has the chance to break. If your jewelry breaks within 1 month of purchase, we offer a repair for free. *If the damage is not repairable, we can refuse to fix it. If a purchase breaks after 1 month, repairs have a fee of $8. *Buyer is responsible for ALL shipping costs.

• If your jewelry arrives damaged, or is lost in the mail, please contact us directly at: adiraboutique.org@gmail.com and we will address the situation from there. After the situation is addressed, and we are able to verify that your package arrived damaged/was lost in the mail, we will re-make and send you your item(s), free of any charge.
